We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase of the Raksha Safety Card. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return the Raksha Safety Card within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, no questions asked. The hardware must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

2. Cancellations (Pre-Orders)

If you have placed a pre-order and the item has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order at any time for a 100% refund. Please email us at support@raksha.app with your Order ID.

3. Warranty Replacements

The Raksha Safety Card comes with a 1-year hardware warranty against manufacturing defects. If your card stops functioning through no fault of your own (e.g., water damage beyond IP67 limits, forced physical bending, or tampering are NOT covered), we will replace it free of charge.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please email support@raksha.app. Our team will provide you with a return shipping address. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
